Ah yes, that would explain it. But who would program their bot to comment and not vote? I mean, you'd think it would take a small amount of intelligence to program a bot in the first place. Considering the low rep, even without looking at the account I'm going to go on a limb and say they don't have enough sp to care about percentages or running low...
It really is a mystery. Or not, because they hope that people just vote up commenters. I posted there and notice Mr Rowe and Shen something or other convened and didn't vote. Cheeky monkeys!!
Ah, I see. It's definitely the wrong time period in steemit for that idea to work for them. If I do happen to run into a comment by these people you've pointed out that have been voted up, I feel it will be my duty to rectify it. Cheeky monkeys, that's a kind way of putting Cheating basturts, lol!
