I had a look at your comments. Since you make this very comment constantly, I'm surprised you haven't been flagged into invisibility. If you keep copy/pasting comments like this, I'm pretty sure it will happen.
You may struggle with English, but that's no reason to get flagged.
Just don't beg, and comment substantively on posts, and your account will grow. Begging for votes is really frowned on, and many people will flag you if you keep doing it.
