Impacts of anger to the brain and body

Anger is a primary human emotion we all experience from time to time. We feel anger when we feel threatened due to physical conflict, injustice and betrayal. The human brain is set up with a scanning device that recognizes anything that is threatening. It then signals to our body to react. How we react when we are angry is crucial to the outcome of the situation.
The average heart beats of a person is 80
beats per minute. Anger can make our heart to beat 180 beats per minute. It has the same effect in blood pressure. Anger can make the blood pressure of an angry person to jump from 120 over 80 to 220 over 130 or higher causing possible heart attack or stroke. People who are easily angry have higher risk of stroke and heart attack.

  1. Take three deep breaths
  2. Change your environment

You don't have to fast for three days,
God will strengthen you.
Just stay 24 hours without food.
