New Year resolutions: better, healthier, happier, newer me

Pretty much everybody thinks that starting New Year everything is gonna change. The habits for healthy life style, tremendous productivity, endless happiness would appear like they have always been there...

Nope. It's not gonna happen. Statistically, all these basic thinks work max for a month. After that, chips, beer, coach, late sleep, missing workouts take their place.

What for we make promises that we simply don't want to keep? It's all about desire. Be honest.
If you want to spend all free time on the couch with movie, wine and pizza, stay there and enjoy your night!
It's better that after breaking resolutions you put a pressure to your shoulders blaming yourself, finding excuses, feeling guilty and eating more pizza to forget about stress that resolutions have brought to your new year.

All we need to do to become newER, bettER o whatever "er" is to accept the fact that we love our oldER habits more than new beginnings...

Let someone else to be inspirational and strong, successful and rich. Relax. Your couch and pizza are waiting...
