Push Ups
Probably one of the best bodyweight-excercises ever. Im not an expert on anatomy or bodyweighttrainig so I'm gonna keep it basic. If you think I'm wrong please correct me.
So why I love push ups?
- I use it as a warming up.
- It's a naturel movement. Which results in less injuries
- Compound excercise.
- Many variation.
- Basically you can do push ups everywhere.
- No gym required.
- Stronger and fitter.
Take your time
Not everbody is fitt enough to do a "full push up" that's okay. You can start with decline push against a table or a three.
Build your reps/sets slowly up take you time.
Make sure you train different muscle groups by switching positions.
Of course be smart and do a warming up and some easy stretching. Take enough rest and eat and drink properly.

Same here, gotta love push-up. I do mix it up with burpees just to add more fun to it. Do you do burpees too?

Markush, great stuff, I too, love pushups. Parallettes and rings are my only tools of choice to augment bodyweight training. Same here! Push-ups & sit-ups is all I do! Along with jumping jacks, stretching and what not 0f course! How many push-ups can y0u d0@any given time? I conditioned myself to do 65-70@0nce but I'm pretty sure I can do 0r I KNW I cAN D0 MORE but I dn't like to push myself that far.
I just do two sets if I want to do more. The amount I do is enough to stay fit. Most ppl around 0r just about EVERY0ne does nothing but mope around the hse, ha!
Cool! Bodyweight rules! My personal record is 50 in once..Im a huge canna smoker. But 600 in a fiew hours easily. monday I'm gonna start again with 200. with Mr dansformation. You should to.

Nice, Me 2, I worked out daily but didn't really knew the anatomy. I just did because I felt stronger.
