Siempre soy la nueva(ESP-ING)I am always the new one

Hola, buenas tardes mi gente siempre un place estar en contacto con ustedes, me toca contarles hoy sobre mi trabajo, aproximadamente fui bendecida con el mejor de los trabajos que he podido tener y porque lo digo porque siempre estuve a gusto con mis compañeros. Les cuento cuando llegue a la oficina había un grupo de más de quince años trabajando juntas, al saber eso me sentí un poco intimidada de como les sentaría la llegada de una nueva compañera a la oficina. Me esforcé mucho por prestar atención a todas las indicaciones y ordenes que me daban, y entregar el trabajo a tiempo.
Pronto mis dudas se transformaron en una hermosa camaradería entre todo el personal, la jefa es una persona extraordinaria que siempre busco incluirme en el grupo y el resto de compañera no fue menos, al cabo de dos meses éramos un solo grupo trabajando de manera unida y en armonía.
A nivel laboral todo iba muy bien y cuando menos me lo esperaba estábamos compartiendo un café o preparando el próximo cumpleaños, realmente fue una experiencia muy linda, pero como todo tiene su final, vino la cuarentena por el COVID-19,y las actividades se suspendieron.
Todos nos resguardamos en casa, la comunicación era solo por vía telefónica. Con el trascurrir de los meses por problemas personales perdí el contacto con las compañeras de trabajo.
Pero llego el momento de retomar de a poco el trabajo(fui de las llamadas a incorporarme), claro con todas las medidas de bío seguridad, mis compañeras no se habían incorporado. Una prima que trabaja en la misma empresa me había informado que había otro grupo de trabajo y por lo que había escuchado eran amigas.
Siendo la de más tiempo en la empresa volveré a ser la nueva en la oficina, no me equivoque, volví a encontrar un grupo unido y fuerte, su amistad no era solo del trabajo, sino que eran amigos personales, lo cual me indicaba que podía haber un poco más de resistencia
La nueva jefa y su adjunta habían estudiado y ejercían juntas, conocían sus respectivas familias, muchas cosas pasaron por mi mente, pero todas las aleje y empecé a colaborarles, con todo lo que había aprendido con mis antiguas compañeras, esta vez me estaba costando mucho más, pero me propuse demostrar que había llegado ayudar y no a desplazar a nadie y mantener un buen ambiente de trabajo.
Al poco tiempo y hasta la fecha les pude demostrar mis buenas intenciones y compromiso con la empresa, como paso con el grupo anterior puedo dar gracias a Dios, ya disfrutamos de camaradería, desayunos y lo más importante de una excelente armonía y relación de trabajo.
Por eso al principio les dije estoy en el mejor trabajo y con las mejores compañeras, por lo cual agradezco a Dios por el lugar de trabajo, pues gozo de un buen ambiente y compañeras

Hello, good afternoon my people, always a pleasure to be in contact with you, it is my turn to tell you today about my job, I was blessed with the best job I have ever had and why I say that because I was always comfortable with my colleagues. When I arrived at the office there was a group of more than fifteen years working together, knowing that I felt a little intimidated about how they would feel about the arrival of a new colleague to the office. I tried very hard to pay attention to all the indications and orders they gave me, and deliver the work on time.
Soon my doubts were transformed into a beautiful camaraderie among all the staff, the boss is an extraordinary person who always sought to include me in the group and the rest of the colleagues were no less, after two months we were a single group working together in a united and harmonious way.
At the work level everything was going very well and when I least expected it we were sharing a coffee or preparing the next birthday, it was really a very nice experience, but as everything has its end, came the quarantine by COVID-19, and the activities were suspended.
We all stayed at home, communication was only by telephone. As the months went by, due to personal problems, I lost contact with my coworkers.
But the time came to gradually resume work (I was one of those called to join the company), of course with all the bio-security measures, my coworkers had not joined me. A cousin who works in the same company had informed me that there was another work group and from what I had heard they were friends.
Being the longest in the company I will be the new one in the office, I was not wrong, I found again a united and strong group, their friendship was not only from work, but they were personal friends, which indicated to me that there could be a little more resistance.
The new boss and her assistant had studied and worked together, they knew each other's families, many things went through my mind, but I pushed them all away and began to collaborate with them, with all that I had learned with my former colleagues, this time it was costing me much more, but I was determined to show that I had come to help and not to displace anyone and maintain a good working environment.
Soon after and up to date I was able to demonstrate my good intentions and commitment to the company, as happened with the previous group I can thank God, we already enjoy camaraderie, breakfasts and most importantly an excellent harmony and working relationship.
That is why at the beginning I told you I am in the best job and with the best colleagues, so I thank God for the workplace, because I enjoy a good environment and colleagues.
