Common sense in your life probably dictates that a normal car has two reverse lights.

When I was driving to work the other day, a colleague told me that my right hand side reverse light is out. I thought, no way, this car is only 2 years old.

So I went and bought myself a replacement bulb, and tried replacing the bulb. Unfortunately even with the brand new bulb, the right hand side reverse light doesn't turn on.

So I finally found the time to drive my car to the manufacturer.

After I got there, they took a quick inspection and told me that it's normal, Hyundai i20 only has one reverse light, and gave me my keys back.

I thought.. What? It turns out that the light on the other side functions as a fog light, which you can turn on using a switch next to the headlight switch.
