Neither. Get organic food instead.
Aren't chickens organic? I know beef isn't an that why I leaning towards KFC.
Chicken can be raised organically and so can beef (Eel River). Nothing at BK or KFC is organic.
Okay, but surely the potatoes are??? you're not about to tell me fries aren't made of potato?

Find Grass Fed Meats and at worst kosher/halal meat. I'm sure you can find a recipe. KFC and BK serving straight trash.
