Many, if not all, of us strive to achieve our goals; we want to progress, to try to live as well as possible, and this is in our hands. Dreams don't materialize on their own; that's my opinion, and I believe I'm right.
Every day has its own worries, as my mother used to say. The routine is there, but if we analyze what we do daily, it's always different, at least in some activities, but that's how it is.
I believe that good energy, just like bad energy, is contagious, so I try to surround myself with positive people. Negativity is limiting, and it's not good to be limited. Freedom is a right, and COVID taught us how important it is.
So, whether it's in our hands to progress or the opposite, each individual decides.

I feel like the only thing we humans can do is try to make happy lives for ourselves and those we care about. It is like you say that kindness is contagious, if you are kind and pleasant you will see that most people will be kind and pleasant back.
