We're just days/weeks from our fourth homebirth as well and are really happy we could go this route. I will definitely agree that the sick/sore part gets a little tougher once you have the other littles running around, but oddly I've learned to manage my time better as we've been adding little ones and I'm actually able to do things now I couldn't seem to find time for when we only had one or two.
Congratulations to your family and hopefully that wonderful 16 week mark kicks in and your wife starts feeling much better!
