Leadership is a complicated affairs and might not really work out as simple as we see it. A leader might not really have to admit to everyone about his weakness because they are some people who are just out there to find your weak point and destroy you.

But we, whether leaders or not, should learn to never lie to themselves. You can lie to everyone else but not yourself, we should continuously work out our SWOT analysis and learn to perfect where we are vulnerable the most.
