Sounds like the plan. These papers and lectures have been out in the open for years. People thought it was too "Orwellian" and crackpot science fiction. In hindsight, we will either wake up to oppose it, or submit like ignorant debt-slaves. Good post.

It appears that in this case, the unannounced speaker attempted to hypnotise the audience to get them to forget what they had been programmed to receive. Some of the tech that is described in the interview is still not widely known about even today - even though the patents have long been public.
Interesting. A lot of these false flag patsies appear to have been either drugged &/or hypnotized at the time as well. Lots of proof the CIA & other agencies have been developing this for years. Hard to believe what's true and what isn't these days. Pays to keep an open mind and be skeptical.
yes, the MKultra and derivative programs produced methods for hypnotising large groups covertly and implanting quite complex information and thought patterns. My advice about beliefs is to get rid of all of them - they always involved the introduction of error into thinking... There's nothing wrong with remaining open and allowing the answers to come as they are avialable, rather than jumping to a conclusion with a beLIEf! ;)
HA! Good point - bad choice of words on my part!
