SELF-SATISFACTION
Our human brain controls everything. The way we think is what we are. When we get ENVY to a person's possession that we don't really necessarily need, it causes a stress again. We became paranoid to how we will get it or how to be that person. Why not apply this, mind diversion and motivation. Mind diversion since you don't really need it set a priority and focus on your path. Motivation, use that person as an inspiration to become better and improve yourself more.
