At the beginning of this year, I made a bunch of resolutions to achieve. For the past two years, setting my intentions has helped me make major improvements in many aspects of my life. This first two years, I set maybe 5 goals to accomplish, but this year I really upped the ante with almost 30 resolutions, some are continued from before but most are new goals, new ways to progress.

I write mine down and post them on my bathroom mirror as a concrete tangible reminder. If I see my goals every morning, they are more real.
