One serving
• 1/2 Nopal
• 2 celery sticks
• ½ green apple
• ½ Lime juice
• 1 thick slice of pineapple
• 1/3 of a cucumber unpeeled
• 1 cup of water
Mix all ingredients in the blender on low chop and then high liquify option. Serve in a big cup and you have a morning full of health benefits and positive energy. The taste is sweet due to the green apple, pineapple, and cucumber. Make sure to use fresh ingredients!
