I am so glad Halloween is over. I couldn't resist all the amazing candies my kids brought home.
As you can see from the picture above, I had my fill of it.
My kids kept telling me to stop eating their candy. I should have listened to them.
So, after being fed up with myself I decided to make this post.
I am setting a 60 day goal to get a six pack. Yes, you heard me.
I'm turning my convictions into actions.
So why am I posting my out of shape body on Steemit.
Well, did you know that people who write down their goals are 39.5% more likely to succeed.
Furthermore, people who both write down their goals and share their progress with others that help hold them accountable are 76.7% more likely to achieve them!
So, by sharing my next 60 days with you, I figure I'll have a pretty good shot at getting that six pack ...
You might also ask, why not wait till new years and make that good old new years fitness resolution.
My reply, why put off anything you want today for tomorrow.
If something excites you, if you have a goal, don't wait.
Life is too short for that ...

I'll attempt to do my best to post images / text of food I am eating and exercise I am doing to accomplish my results.
I use to own a surf inspired fitness gym in Huntington Beach, CA, so I know a few things about fitness.
Lastly, keep in mind, I have a chronic illness called Crohn's which I was diagnosed a little over 3 years ago.
While not always on the best diet, I have been 99% symptom free for over 3 years, without medication.
How?
Through proper mindset and eating a super high nutrient diet, mostly with smoothies and juicing.
So, if you know anyone with this disease (Irritable Bowel Disease - Crohns or Colitis), please spread the love.
As always, go and live a BIG LIFE.
