Depression is a dangerous diseaes and alot of people in the world have theae disease due to fast life i am going to tell you simple thing to do in your life which will help you to get rid of depression
**1-Talk with your buddy **
Friend are those which help you in bad time uf you feel depressed then talk with your best friend believe me they will help you and also you can share your feeling why are you depressed and they will help you
**2-Avoid to sit alone **
Some people in the world think that when they feel depressed they want to sit alone but it is a bad thing when you feel depressed then sit with your family or friend with anyone and talk about thinh
3-Watch an comedy movies
Comedy movir is also a great thing to do in depressed mood.Because when you laugh then your brain will forget thise things
**4-Go on vaction **
Go on vaction with your friend or family not alone this is help you to change your mood
5-Play an outdoor games
Play an outdoor game not an video games that thing will also effect on your mind.
These are basic thing which everyperosn can do so try these thing alot of other thing occur but i cant write it all so these are my basic 5 rule and i completly follow these rules when i feel bore or lazy or depression in my life
