There was this one time when a whole bunch of women dressed-up as vaginas and intimidated the hell out of everyone not dressed as a vagina ... it was a legacy thing.
Wait, vagina costumes have nothing to do with legacy anything, neither does an Ape mask. It just shows that people are idiots and have very bizarre (and sick/delusional) ways of expressing the 1st Amendment.
It is never ok to shut-down a person's rights because they conflict with another's.
That said, I am quite surprised the idiot wasn't tore-up or smacked-down ... and I wouldn't say he didn't deserve it. While people have a right to express their opinion, etc. everyone must deal with the consequences of their own actions.
Rettke was indicted by a Washington County grand jury on two counts of civil rights intimidation, two counts of disorderly conduct, and disrupting a meeting."
Apart from the glaring hypocrisy of leftist "disrupters" rarely (ever?) being charged with such, and the obvious racist douchebaggery of this mask-wearing POS . . . what was the actual "crime," again?
Masked Antifa punks can disrupt access to a Milo speech without police protection of speaker and attendees, and BLM can illegally disrupt traffic on an interstate without arrests, but a jerkwad in a gorilla mask goes to jail?

Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-17-309
http://codes.findlaw.com/tn/title-39-criminal-offenses/tn-code-sect-39-17-309.html
This code still requires the requisite of intimidation, threats, injury, or destruction of property. Tasteless, yes. Criminal? I don't see any criminal activity here.
Agreed

The First Amendment? Your confirmation bias? Another attempt at our media to divide and conquer the masses?
