If you have a goal in mind, a dream, a vision of where you want to end up than work doesn't end up feeling like work.
What do I mean? Well keep this in mind: You've got a picture in your end of what you want. You have steps that you know you need to take. So getting to that picture means you take those steps. If you're moving closer towards your dream than you don't really care about the "How". You're focused on the WHY!
