Cultivate the witness
During the time I spent volunteering at the la española yoga retreat in Olon Ecuador I had the pleasure of attending and facilitating a beautiful "cultivate the witness" retreat with two amazing yoga instructors and an intimate group of yogis.
I enjoyed making meals for the yogis, attending classes and workshops and showing them around the beautiful pueblo of Olon.
My favorite part of the retreat was an exercise where we practiced presence and connection unfortunately nobody got photos of this because we were all so present and focused on connecting.
I am grateful for this experience and the time I got to spend connecting, learning and healing with these sweet souls.
Looks so beautiful. I wish I could have been there :)
