The Hospital Where I Work as a Nurse.

My 24 hours of hospital duty is finished and now I am sitting here writing once again to say hello to everyone and informed that I am still active here on steemit.

I think after 3 weeks of stressful hospital works, this is the first time that I can say I still have enough strength to write something on what happened on my Hospital duty. This will be the start that I am going to share what happen to my hospital duty as a nurse.

I guess every hospital have different protocols so some of you may find weird things that we do in the hospital that became normal in our daily job as a nurse.

The hospital where I work as a nurse is a primary hospital which means we have limited capabilities. The services that our hospital able to handle is like a clinical setting which usually have lying in, removal of cyst, circumcision, catheter insertion and removal, suturing of minor wounds and admission of patients with acute gastro enteristis, hypertension, influenza, gastritis, cellulitis, meniere's disease and other mild diseases that mostly non communicable. The hospital have Emergency Room, Delivery Room and Medical Ward, OB ward and Pedia Ward. We usually have 8 to 28 in patients and the staff per shift is only 3 which do all the job in the hospital which usually and should be a 8 staffed hospital. The hospital is under staff so mostly we ended up working 24hours per shift.

I am hoping that I can find a better job which offers high salary and a better job.
