Great write up! I think the vast majority see their family as a bubble, and never break the walls to find greater things for themselves. They hold themselves to the same "Level" as what they were brought up in. If dad made $70K a year, then I am accomplished once I hit that mark. Maybe a little higher to feel superior. But never reaching for the sky because I am not from a family that has done this before. It really is sad! So many talented people I have met working for others when they are great speakers, writers, artists.
