I'm sorry @mikeparker, for some reason I never saw this. Well currently I try to eat as much fruits and veggies as humanly possible from Monday - Thursday. I prefer and feel better if I eat mostly raw. I always try to avoid meats and diary but I don't all the time. I can NOT eat red meat, it is way too hard on my digestive system. I also don't eat the most highly toxic stuff like wheat, corn, soy, etc. I eat eggs sometimes but only the yolk because the whites don't agree with me. But I try not to over do it on the protien because it causes an acidic environment. I have a lot of supplements that I take as well. I just did my second post but it pertains more to mental health than physical lol. I will do a combination of both in the future.
