I did write this after a workout, but also after a conversation with a close friend about goals that she'd set for herself but never followed through on - that was the inspiration of this post!

Patience is the key, my friend. We're all so young and we have so much time to do great things! As the saying goes - Rome wasn't built in a day! The best achievements in life take both effort and patience, so keep at it!
