Some great points. I personally been trying to replace soda with just water. So far it's working :) I found a app for my phone to keep track, so I basically turned it into a game for me.

Good for you! It's hard to let go of soda, but the less you have the easier it will be to never drink it. Sometimes I infuse my water with cucumbers or strawberries or lemon to make it tastier and it's also alkalizing.
