Los budas dicen que nuestro dolor proviene de la resistencia al cambio, pero cuán difícil es soltar, no?
La vida son un conjunto de decisiones que poco a poco van formando un camino. En toda decisión, debes elegir y eso significa dejar ir para recibir. Solo así, seremos los pilotos de nuestro futuro y no un copiloto que espera que el tiempo lo maneje.
Así es como maduramos y nos convertimos en los responsables de nuestras elecciones. Por algo dicen: “somos esclavos de nuestras decisiones”.
Quizás tú no tengas que ser o no eres un esclavo, si no el protagonista de una gran historia. Por eso, es bueno definir prioridades y eliminar todo aquello que no aporta a tu vida, así estarás más cerca de la felicidad y evitar que la vida te viva y tú vivirla a ella.
