I told you guys that I needed a break from everything, And that I was taking a short trip!! Well, I went to.. MOAB!
Sure, It's in Utah. Not too far from where I live, But the beautiful state parks is a place I haven't been to. I went with a friend of mine! It was about a 4-hour drive through the middle of nowhere. It was gorgeous!
Fields, And mountains, And more fields.
I was surprised that the snow went away as we traveled away from Salt Lake City, We recently had another snowstorm before we left.
Moab The Small Town!
Moab is a tiny town, Which surprised me! For some reason, I was expecting it to be big Because it's a HUGE tourist spot for Utah. Our license plates And tourist photos always have the Delicate Arch or Photos of the red canyons.
It was so small; There were only two pizza places. And many of the food places were smaller diners that we hadn't heard of.
Hi @kaylinart! I started following you when I met @treeshaface at her job. I know you have a lot going on. Would you be interested in starting a Steemit Utah meet up group?
Looks like a place to hike
It is nice to have you back and updating is with the journey story @kalinart.
The picture is quite beautiful.
Trying out new foods can be fun sometimes.
How is your marketing going amid this crypto fall? Is your shop crypto affected badly too?
And you didn't invite me?! Sobs intensely :P
I am glad you were able to have a lovely break and just get out and enjoy yourself. Small towns are always fun to roadtrip to so you can enjoy just the small amount of what is there instead of just lots of buildings in cities and such. :)
Awwww no! You should have come with us :)
Hhehe right? I'm glad! I don't like big cities and would rather have it be smaller. Just the food situation got a bit confusing at times lol.
Hehe if only it were that easy :)
Yeah the lack of things would make me not want to really live in one, unless I had a self-sustaining property and plenty of money so I can drive further if need be, but it's nice for trips.
I had it when I was young and lived in a town by the states border and it was decent, but a little distance between towns too. Nice to road trip back up there. :)
Haha a Confused Kaylin?! I would've paid to see that hehe ;)
Looks the perfect place to chill out :)
Its always healthy to take some time off in order to relax and recharge our energies.
That place looks cool but very hot as well!
Right? Exactly! I was really feeling like I needed it.
It was pretty hot, but luckily not too hot. We definitely went at the right time.
I used to drive past signs for Moab, traveling between Colorado and California, but was always in too much of a rush to get one place or the other. Thanks for sharing your photos and experiences. BTW, I thought there was a brewery there that I wanted to visit, but I could be confusing it with Uinta, in Salt Lake City.
Aww I wish you could stop there! Ohhh!! I saw a brewery! We didn't end up going because we didn't have much time. But I wish we stopped there.
That is really nice scenary there, hope you enjoyed the holiday from everything!
You had decided to go for vegetables hehehe, why look for pizza spots!!!!
I went about a week or so ago :) Now I'm eating vegetables Lol!
Travel to be also enjoyable. I like traveling, your photography just amazing. I liked your photography 📸
I hope its your a great travel tours.
amazing place <3
Right? hehhe
lolol
ohhh that looks so beautiful!!
Thank you :)
Hey @kaylinart, You provided amazing journey's photo shots to us. Very interesting to see gorgeous location. Moab wanna no more massive shadow with trees backgrounded seems only emply looks with highway road. Just awesome.
Looks like a nice place. If you didn't tell, I would have thought these pictures are somewhere from Arizona. Funny that at one place in Utah you are having a snowstorm, and this place looks like a desert, LOL!
Wow really? Yeah we are neighbors to AZ, Lol!
It is a desert, But oddly we also get a lot of snow! It's a weird place to live.
Look at that, that’s just amazing! The colours the open space just perfect picture 👍🏻
from time to time it is good to take a short vacation, and if you go with a good friend it will be much better ... your photos are beautiful ... excellent publication
This one is definitely on my bucket list because my friends have gone there and shared such beautiful pictures that I am so jealous of them! I am planning on a trip next summer. Good for you that you got out of town for a little while, even if it was a semi-short drive from home. I like taking short trips too. Thanks for sharing your adventures!

Wow, these kind of landscapes are about as far from anything in the UK as I can imagine, it takes a lot of driving though I imagine!! Great images!
Saludos amiga @kaylinart, espero que hayas disfrutado de tu viaje, cariños y besos en la distancia.
Taking a break is good and it's important for your health. And road trips are the best when it comes to taking a break. And some beautiful paths can't be discovered without getting lost. So we just have to get lost in the nature, that's the break you want
Changing the situation is sometimes so important!
And it doesn't matter, it's far from home or not very far away.
The main thing is to enjoy the moment of free flight of your thoughts and soul...
I think that this wonderful trip will stay in your heart and soul forever and ever.
