One of my favorite things about going camping is the drive home! So many fall colors!
I wish I could have gotten better pictures; These don't justify the beautiful environment I was seeing!
I kept wanting to get out of the truck and run away! It looked too pretty.
This is another thing motivating me to practice driving more! Those hiking trails in the fall are crazy gorgeous.
I can't wait to spend more time hiking.

I really enjoyed your post. I'm originally from Rhode Island and fall is my favorite season as well.
Driving through New England in the fall is one of the most serene experiences one can have.
The colors that are brought out in the foliage are absolutely stunning.
I moved to Arizona in late 2007, and people ask me all the time what it is I miss most about Rhode Island. I always tell them that it's the seasons.
We basically only have two seasons here in Arizona - hot and hotter! Although I must admit that the weather is absolutely gorgeous out here from November thru March.

Fall is my favorite season. Bugs are gone, air is dry and crisp and all those beautiful colors.... I love this time of year...so many wonderful scenes to paint. Upvoted and resteemed.
Here's another vote for Autumn. Then again one of my favorite things about the fall season -cool but not cold weather- was true for the Summer and into Autumn in Denmark so I guess it depends on the region and the year.
The shots are still amazing and help you feel like you are there too, it shows off their beauty. Hehe :)
I love the spring time when it's not too hot or too cold, just right and a little sun. I agree with the hikes being good to get you out driving and enjoying nature. :)

The leaves in Indiana are just now starting to change colors. In about a month or so or once we get a nice cool front move in the trees will be beautiful shades of red, yellow, and orange.

Really lovely pictures, the colors are amazing. In my city-Nairobi we don't have the 4 seasons like the US. We have a temperate kind of climate , rainy and warm. Temperatures range from 15 to 30 degrees all year long. No snow or extreme heat.
