EASY Tips For Weight Loss

Having extra baggage I want to get rid of is hard, I'm always looking for new ways to "hack" some extra pounds off my body. I realized there are simple ways to lose weight without even thinking about it.


 Drink Water 

Drink a cup of water before meals. Sounds too easy right? But this will fill you up a little more so you naturally eat less. Also, water has 0 calories and can help cleanse your body of things that are "weighing you down" literally.



Reduce plate size 

At first, this won't make a big difference, But if you use smaller plates, You'll eat smaller portions. Our plates and portion sizes keep getting bigger and bigger. After a while of adjustment, you'll eat even less.


 Exercise with friends 

If your go-to activity is Netflix and eating out, Try going for a walk instead. You can even play Pokemon Go! That will help get you on your feet, Best of all. If you hate exercise, you won't even realize your doing it because your having so much fun. 

Get out your jump rope 

Did you know that jump roping burns more calories than anything else? By doing your old childhood activity, you can burn a ton of calories while losing weight! Be aware, though, if your out of shape you'll get exhausted fast.


 Eat while... Eating 

Many of us sit in front of the Tv while eating, And we quickly overeat. Try eating and just eating, Focus on your plate of food. The taste, The texture everything. Practice mindfulness while you eat so you'll lose weight without trying.


Get Enough Nutrients. 

Not everyone thinks that taking vitamins are an effective thing, But Be sure to eat enough nutrients and/or take vitamins as you see fit. Some of the pounds you have on your body could be caused by having too little of something. When I started taking my vitamins everyday, I felt the weight come off a bit. Don't expect it to give you a  perfect bikini body, But it does help!

Stop eating out! 

We love to eat out. It's easy and convenient. Try to prepare a menu plan ahead of time, so you stop eating out. Try cooking meals in a crock pot, Or even switch to unhealthy frozen food for a while. At first, this may seem like a bad idea, But for some people not breaking the habit of leaving the house for food, Makes them eventually start cooking home cooked meals. Just be creative with it. 


Gaining weight seems too easy at times. For many of us, Losing weight is hard. Slowly changing habits can make your weight loss easier. Without you having to force yourself to go to the gym everyday.
