Some people have great problems becoming a vegetarian, so if they can reduce their meat consumption to a minimum it helps. I have reduced meat or chicken or fish eating to once a week sometimes 2 weeks. That seems to be a step in the right direction. I feel, smell and look definitely better too.

Trust me, i did it once for a week and felt reborn.
But after that week i when back too my old habits, i will try to do it again and stop with meat.
