Very sorry for the loss of your dad, I lost my last grandparent this week and it has sent me reeling especially as I live 4.000 miles away from her in a different country. It really puts family in perspective.

I have my own young family now and it's easy to lose focus of what you're doing and your WHY. I've found that consistently taking time to take care of ME makes me a better person.

I want to be a great and inspiring role model to others, but it's hard when you're so focused on the business side. I keep trying though! Good luck on your endeavours. I will be giving you a follow :)
