A lot of rowanberry this year so I will made wine of the berries. I need 8kg for one batch of wine. It is some work but I get paid in the end

Love the wine, what do these berries taste like?
The berries are very bitter,after freezing some of the bitterness turns to sugar. The taste is unique it is difficult to compare with some thing else. The berries have a very strong and sturdy taste so the wine need several years storing before the wine is finish :)
