I agree. It's kinda of like when I tell my friends about Steemit. We are early adopters to this platform. When I try to tell people about a social media platform that pays you for good content... they just don't seem to understand. LOL random, but your comment helped my brain make that connection just now. :)

Amazing article! When I tell skeptical friends, I usually get the response #2 and #6 ( It's a Ponzi Scheme and the founders will run with your money).
In terms of selling it, I really like #6 (Sell the networking Potential). I've been on Steemit a little over a month, and I've already made so many new friends across the world. I love other artist and creators, and I have found so many here. People are kind and they like to share their knowledge freely.... which to me is worth more than gold or an upvote.
