Day one: a cold shower
On the first day you should not only take a cold shower, but also all day to use only cold water: wash, wash hands and dishes.

By refusing the instant gratification associated with the entertainment that the same social networks give us, you get the opportunity to concentrate on reality. Those things that are important and cause happiness.
Day Three: Meditation
Sustainability is also the acceptance of life as it is. You can not influence many events, but you can choose your reaction to them. And meditation helps.
Imagine the ocean. Waves on the surface are the ups and downs of everyday life. Meditation allows you to dive into the water. The waves are still there, but they do not act on you. You are in a quiet place.
