Nut Butter, Banana, and Chia Seed Toast
Ingredients:
1 Slice 100% Whole Wheat Bread (I used one that was 50 cal. per slice.)
1 Tbsp. Sunbutter
1/2 Medium Banana, Sliced
1/2 Tsp. Chia Seeds
Directions:
Toast the bread and spread the sunbutter over the top.
Place banana slices over the sun butter and top it off with chia seeds.
Oatmeal With Blueberries, Sunflower Seeds, and Agave (optional)
Ingredients
1serving quick-cooking or old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2cup blueberries
1tablespoon sunflower seeds
1tablespoon agave nectar
Directions
Prepare the oats according to the package directions. Top with the blueberries and sunflower seeds. Drizzle with the agave nectar.
Chunky Monkey Rice Cake by Yours Truly
Ingredients:
1 plain brown rice cake
1 heaping TB of your favorite nut butter (I used crunchy almond butter)
banana slices
sea salt potato chips, crumbled
1 tsp cacao nibs
Directions
Spread peanut butter all over rice cake.
Slice banana and place it equaly over peanut butter.
(Optional) Sprinkle cinnamon over banana.

Soft Boiled Eggs With Avocado
Ingredients
4large eggs
1teaspoon salt
6cups water
1sliced avocado (optional)
Directions
Bring the water to a rapid boil.
add saltand keep it at a rapid boil.
Prick the bottom (wider end) of the egg with an egg pricker
Immerse in the boiling water and boil for exactly 5 minutes.
Sunny Side up Special
Ingredients
2slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2eggs
1slice American cheese or 1 slice cheddar cheese
1slice bread, toasted
salt and pepper
Directions
Spray a non-stick skillet with Pam.
Pre-heat pan over medium heat until beads of water sizzles.
Add eggs, being careful not to break the yolk (see note below), cover and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes or to your liking (we like the yolk runny).
Toast bread and immediately add the slice of cheese, add the eggs, salt and pepper and the crumbled bacon.
