How to make rice uduk
Material :
1.300 g rice, wash
2.Coconut milk thick 450 ml
3.2 pieces of young regards
4.Clove 2 grains
5.Lemongrass 2 sticks, crushed
6.Cinnamon 2 cm
7.Pepper tsp
8.Salt 1 tsp

How to make :
1.Wash clean rice then soak the rice in clean water.
2.Blend the spices, turmeric, ginger, galangal, onion, and salt.
3.Spices that have been mashed then put in coconut milk and stir until blended.
4.Cook the coconut milk to boil.
5.Rinse the rice water then pour the coconut milk into the rice by filtered.
6.Enter and hail and lemongrass. Boil rice with low heat. During the boiled stir constantly until the water 7.shrinks and the rice almost becomes rice. Approximately the level of maturity has reached.
8.Take the bay leaf and lemongrass from inside the almost ripe rice.

11.Add pandan leaves.
