After a few years of having an unruly meal without much nutrient, resorting most often (and days) to fast food (Big Mac with fries and a glass of 500 ml of Coke ππ - My favorite and an ex-passion now π) I had to change and choose to live more and with quality of life and for that I had to "Close my Mouth" and invest in a more natural and healthy life.
In addition to "Closing my Mouth" (Go on a diet wave) I had to invest in this new way of feeding me, that has become customary in recent months I always book the Thursday or Friday to go to the supermarket to make my weekly fair healthy and for this I go running to the produce section.
Arriving there, many delights in the Brazilian fauna and flora.
These were the fruits to go to my shopping basket and I'll tell you a little why these fruits are my favorite
1. Red Plum
The main benefit of red plum is that it has many fibers and fibers are perfect to quench hunger. I eat the red plum either at breakfast or in the afternoon snack which inhibits me from eating beyond what I put on my plate.
2. Green Apple π
The green apple is very rich in vitamin c, which prevents for example colds and flu. As well as it has vitamin properties that prevent heart problems, stroke and diabetes.
3. Tangerine π
Tangerine is easy enough to peel and consume, it is only necessary to remove its shell that surrounds and savor. It is a great ally in weight loss, contains high percentage of fiber, vitamin C and calcium which is great for strengthening bones.
4. Kiwi
Since childhood, I love this fruit. The Kiwi for me is a great ally for my bodybuilding activities. It gives me more strength during the exercises and after exercising I use it to restore the injured or lost muscle during physical activities. It's great!
Besides the green apple, I really like the traditional red apple and it also goes to the basket π

Good that you changed your eating habits. You will not regret it. After a while, you get used to it and then you can imagine going back. The right step, which I did some years ago, too.
