Beyond helpful tips , I have a history of insomnia and it continues till this day. I have tried everything and it seems like the more I try to force myself to sleep , I stay awake for longer . I also have a problem drinking Coke in the day , maybe that carries on? I'm going to try drinking tea late night to help me relax a bit and definitely will try out the foods for dinner

I think it must be a terrible feeling to be a victim of insomnia. I think people will get aggressive and really strenuous during the day if they havent slept in a while. These were some helpful tips that I have used personally and read in articles as well. I just want to let you know that you should try only natural stuff. Do not use any medicines because you´ll never know whats in there !

I had a bad history of trying to take NyQuil but I got over it about 2 years ago now I'll try out natural remedies
