From waterfalls forming in the mountains of China to cars being trapped in a frozen flood, nature is showing her wrath, and power.
Massachusetts has taken quite the beating over the span of a few days. As you can see in the picture above, cars are frozen where they have been parked.
I have to worry about my car battery starting while many out there can't even get to work. Many can't even move their car as you can see from the images above.
Thoughts on climate change ?
@joseph should we say that this is caused by climate change? or just natural . But, most probably i believe that it may be due to climate change. In africa, it's now contrary to what happens there. We are now facing real drought ever since centuries and we are thinking that may be it can lead to famine and poverty in the region.
We do face real sun and more agricultural products are now dry and local farmers are not able to acquire water pumps so as they can water from the rivers.
I think if this situation is due to climate change, then its a global challenge and we should all participate in solving this devastating problem.
Someone needs to stop playing with the weather machine!

I can understand the problems which are facing by the people in this area.Nature has many colours.The type of climate creates many more problems which can't be solved easily.
Cyclonic bomb is the worst. I never seen anything like that. Hope everyone is safe, must be a nightmare. Climate change is big issue and people should be more conscious and aware about the situation.

Im currently doing about climate change as my undergraduate research.As a result of climate change these things are possible to happen and they will become severe in the future
You are doing your undergraduate research about a natural thing? It is not so spectacular, Clima ALWAYS change every second, minute, hour, day, week, month and years to come ... I thought was Global Warming the problem but of course, it is not so warm eh? ;)
No im doing my research on the salinity level changes in the wet zone due to climate change
This is something else :) I remember some years ago a friend of mine, oceanographer from Cuba, was studing how the salinity was affecting something in the sea ... can not remember now what it was exactly. You should go in both directions, for sure will be really interesting! Good luck with the research :)
I saw the waterfall photo earlier. This is unbelievable. Climate change is the biggest challenge we face IMHO. Stay warm out there!
Frozen Flood It is very serious that any country's economy can hit a big blow, as it is now known to the United States and the United States.
And I think every country has to be vocal about climate change right now

Omg, that's insane...That's intense. The climate is anormal..a lot of consequences will appear and this is just the beginning. We have to take care of our planet and change our bad habits.

Oh wow...this must be very shocking and frustrating to the locals as it causes a lot of damage, I guess. But there's also a cool thing about it: You coud take some ice skates to go to work or school! :)
And it's a very unique scenery watching half cars on a winter road :)
But the climate change is something we should really take serious...Every year I notice that seasons change in a very unnatural way. Summers are short and cold, winters are long and debilitating!
Anyways: I am looking forward to the warm part of the year! Brrrr...
