Great. As i was reading your post...i was actually thinking on the current drought problem that's hitting Uganda. Some people are actually saying that famine will soon hit the country. i don't actually believe that drought and famine are synonyms but i believe that this problem is actually an opportunity of thinking of new appropriate ways of developing the agricultural sector since almost 75% of ugandan depend on agriculture.
