Without heath, you have nothing. Think about it, our bodies are the vehicles we drive through life with. Ideally, you want a high performance machine and not some raggedy POS that has a F'd up paint job and donuts for wheels. You wanna be a Ferrari. You wanna be that Benz, that Rover, that Bugatti then I swerve! Sorry, I don't want to get to wrapped up in the rap on the radio. (I think that may have been prose right there)
So, now that we have agreed that we don't want to live life on this planet in anything other than THE BEST WE ARE GIVEN. Yeah, you read that right. Look, stop trying to compare yourself to other people because you are them, you are better, YOU are YOU!!
One in 7 or 8 billion. (I lost count a while ago) This is your life and it's your choice if you wanna grab it by the balls or not. (Or as Mr. Trump would say, Grab them by... ) well you get the idea. YOU my FRIEND are UNIQUE!! But, I hate to break it to you, you aren't that different that the other 7 or 8 billion of us. And this is why.
You were born with ability to make free choice. The choices you make determine the results you get, pure and simple. I decided to post a photo of myself because I forgot to in my last post, and, I want you to find determination that you can begin to make choices right now that will begin to affect you for the rest of your life. If I had to give you 5 suggestions on how to immediately improve the quality of your own life it would be this.
1. Drink more Water. I know, sounds simple. But I would bet you don't drink enough. Average is one gallon per adult per day. Everything in your being will thank you from the molecular level on this one.
2. Begin a really good deep stretching program. This is to get you ready for the gym, which we will get to in later blog posts. There is a reason pro athletes devote so much time to stretching both before and after a performance. It will strengthen you faster and quicker than weights would if you're starting from a no-exercise lifestyle.
3. Eat Healthy. That means, greens, nuts, oats, grains, protein, chicken, fish, non-bleach four, no sugar, no soda, avoid alcohol and lay off the fast food for F's sake. Damn man.
4. Don't Smoke Cigarettes. This should be self explanatory by now. I quit. You can (and will) too. I believe in you.
5. Find a Spiritual Path. Love others and don't be a selfish prick. Easy enough right?
Now! Let's see how many of you take note of these 5 simple things, implement them into your life, and see progress and FEEL BETTER IMMEDIATELY! #realtalk
