Great Job, I wish to aspire to where you are at on Steemit. Love the videos fast pace. Usually the word poke refers to cubed pieces of raw fish tossed in some sort of salt or shoyu sauce. In Mexico they have Ceviche , very similar. Cool thing is, it's not just fish that's cut into cubes, but vegetables and fruits. Hell the Hawaiians call firewood poke too. Shoyu is very Japanese though. I have eaten It, but only on menus, but the bar thing, sounds fun and tempting. Are you in Germany? Cheers and great stuff.
