Capitalism makes pay gaps irrelevant because pay is not determined through socialism or communism through a system that requires people to be equal. We are not equal. Some are tall while others are short. Some are dark while others are light. Some are fat while others are skinny. Some are beautiful while others are ugly. Some are smart and some people are dumb. Some are old and some are young. Capitalism demands that we are paid whatever we are worth based on the market. Just like crypto coins are worth different amounts which goes up and down, men and women are worth different things depending on the markets, the times, the locations, the buyers, sellers, where, when, how, who, whom, and everything. If they want to pay them more, then they can pay the women more money. The markets determine how much they want to pay people and everything regardless of gender and size and color and religion and many things.
