The problem is it's much easier to let others take the heat and follow the crowd. That's why there's such a bitter fight in the US (where I live) between the left and the right.

At work, it's easier for someone else to approach management with a new idea than you.

If you want to change, start taking initiative on changes you want to see and it becomes easier
