in #life7 years ago (edited)

A lot of people have heard of @familyprotection here on steemit including me and I am a big supporter of it. I really appreciate and am very #grateful for @canadian-coconut and @markwhittam for creating this amazing project that is influencing, helping and supporting families from having their kids being taken away/kidnapped by the social services.

This project is one of the best projects on this platform because it is supporting and helping the families in desperate needs and we all know that family is the most important thing in our lives.

So I have been supporting this amazing project since it started not too long ago and reading most of their posts, but today while reading one of the posts written by @canadian-coconut about Anna's true, horrific story of losing her kids (kidnapped kids) by the social services (link below), for some reason it really hit me and really touched me more than any other day. First of all, I can't imagine what these families are going through when their babies/kids (all they have) are taken away from them and their lives are destroyed. I really realized what an amazing thing @familyprotection is doing. This project is saving the families, is fighting and standing up for the truth and the family rights, it is providing protection, support, love and care and I can't imagine having nowhere to turn for help when you are in this horrific situation.

Sometimes we don't pay much attention to things that don't really concern us, or something that we are not dealing with or going through it, and we only hear the stories of other people going through it and we feel like we don't need to support or help out or that it will make any difference.
I was never in this kind of situation either, but being a parent, I can't imagine what these families are going through and it is our job to protect and support these families. They really need our help.

Original post here Steemit Community - Attitude of Gratitude Challenge.

I would like to invite everyone to this amazing, life-changing #GRATEFULVIBES Challenge created by @paradise-found, which in my opinion is the best hands down challenge in this community. I love how by making this community a better place, @paradise-found is making the difference by helping WWH2H which is a Christian Ministry in Honduras. This is amazing. @paradise-found will donate 50% of his posts rewards of his 70-day #gratefulvibes challenge to these kids in the orphanage in Honduras that includes a medical clinic, and bilingual schools. Here is the link to his post. https://steemit.com/gratefulvibes/@paradise-found/gratefulvibes-community-challenge-day-21-attitude-of-gratitude

True, family is the best source of strength. It is everything.

Absolutely my friend.
Thank you for your feedback. Very appreciated.

Family is one of the best things I have right now, they give me strength when I'm down, and motivate me whenever I get tired of what I'm doing. It saddens me to hear that someone lost her child, I can imagine how hard it is for them 😢

Thank you @johnduke for your lovely comment and you are so right, a family is our someone who strengthens you, motivates you, supports you and loves you.

It's kinda late, but this and another story are in the #gratefulvibes "spotlight" today. I feel the need to highlight these important projects. Thanks my friend!!
