Anxiety in a man's heart weight it down but an encouraging word makes it glad.

Stress is a nagging enemy we are all battling and we will still have a great encounter with, in this battle sometimes we win, sometimes we lose but it still remain as an adversary we confront everyday.
It tries to steal our joy, hijack our peace. Hectic circumstances, busy schedules, poor choices have been the entry point of these demon called stress and the craziest thing about it is that it comes rushing through the front door. Different things can frustrate you and get you mad. is it your boss, job, children, family, business to mention but a few..
Sometimes you think of leaving everything and running somewhere alone where trouble can't find you(funny right). Its all good.

There is a 21st century saying that stress is the new normal and i know for most people it's true. Drug companies make a fortune on stress free medicine. This stress is a virus spreading faster than social media.

ANXIETY DOESN'T EMPTY TOMORROW OF ITS SORROW BUT ONLY EMPTIES TODAY OF ITS STRENGTH...............

Don't be alarmed if there is will there is a way...

Getting started on overcoming stress

  1. Seek out social support, dont isolate yourself. Spend time with your family, church folks, groups and club. Talk with your friends or make one.

  2. Practice shrug therapy.
You cannot control everything in life you should understand that and how you react to those things matters. Don't get upset over everything. Just shrug it off, shrugging doesn't mean you don't care ; it simply means you acknowledge that there is nothing you can do at the moment to change the situation

  3. Find your comfort zone.
Its not every opportunity or promotion you jump at, you need to understand that more responsibility, more salary also have it disadvantages more stress. Stay where you can manage yourself.

  4. Nutrition, proven supplements, healthy diet and exercise. Very very important

  5. Schedule time to relax
Out of no time, there is time. This does not mean that you are lazy or selfish or slacking off. Its a way of recharging your batteries. Relax in any way you can

DID YOU KNOW?
big stress or little stress - your body reacts the same way. The human body doesn't differentiate between a major or minor stress. Regardless of the catalyst, a typical stress reaction floods the body with a wave of 1,400 biochemical events. If this happens too frequently, we age prematurely, our cognitive function is affected, and we are drained of energy and clarity.
