RE: The Red Tent

in #life7 years ago

Have you said farewell to the good lady you once knew? It seems as if you punched your own ticket to a world beyond redemption, dude! I remember when we first encountered the term Doula and how we were flummoxed by it. It feels like only yesterday. I remember when we even reassessed our view of the world and considered of I had been a Doula all along. Those were turbulent times. Oh how it feels like going full circle with the application. I had foreseen the interest, and now the prophecy had come to fruition.

Kiss your good lady every chance you get, and do the horizontal mambo whenever you can. Because, as they say, "once you go red.. *things-will-never-be-the-same-and-every-waking-day-you'll-question-what-your-life-has-come-to-and-reminisce-about-the-good-times-in-order-to-escape-from-the-twisted-dystopia-that-you-helped-create-but-don't-listen-to-me-just-ask-your-good-buddy-jed" whoooo.. As to who "they" are, I have nary a clue. But, as always, my heart goes out to you, the cold never BROTHERed me anyway.

Sort:

They are always there!!

On the periphery, a hint at the corner of vision. A flash of red. A falling body. A white dove.

Aye, it is all coming back full circle and then some. She will be taken and a simalcrum put in her place!!

The pertinent question is, would the simalcrum be better than the real thing and would you want the real thing back when the simalcrum allows you have a drum set and doesn't complain about the noise?

Oh. It of all the Don scenarios that had played out in my head I hadn't thought of that. Hmm, always a silver lining!

A silver lining! Yes!
