My boyfriend has this curious habit of putting dollops of yogurt in his Ramen.
It is delicious, it's like an egg without the cholesterol
he says.
When he told me this I didn't know whether to question our relationship because yogurt and ramen is an insult to Japanese fine cuisine, or because his solution to not eating eggs in ramen was adding yogurt instead of replacing with tofu.
You know, I was skeptical at first, too. But when I tasted the silky, egg-white exterior and cream filling of the dollop, I was convinced. Not the peach yogurt, though. Pass on the peach.
Despite my looks of disgust every time he whipped up a bowl, I could not convince him his recipe was inherently gross.
So, I decided to challenge him. I said, if you write a post online raving about this yogurt ramen recipe, and you get over 100 positive comments from individuals that have tried your recipe, I will try it myself.
I'll go post on steemit, then
