My son came over with 4 big pieces of prime ribeye steak for father's day. Ribeye steak is my wife's favorite, and all of us love meat. We won't be able to finish all 4. One for each is enogh. Here is what I did:
Season the rib-eye steaks with salt and pepper, coat with olive oil. Transfer seasoned steaks to the hot grill, and cook for 4 to 6 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove steaks and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Simply as that.
It is big
and Thick
add salt, pepper and olive oil

done!
