As what I've seen, powerful countries have the control of Technology Evolution. This must be centered to countries like United States, Japan, China, and European Countries. Moreover, I am glad to see the advancement of technology. It has some negative effects, but if handled properly. Everything will be "perfectly tuned as mentioned by one of the Japanese Mathematician. It should be handled with care. Treaties, Laws, Agreement, and other forms of truce should be implemented.

It is my hope that the technology will outpace the hands holding it. Ultimately this kind of leverage is too powerful for any one country to control, and when the singularity hits it will wipe out 'governance' and 'countries' as we know them, and we will all have a new glorious logical overlord.
